Cancellation Policy

Anything less than 50% left will be considered a full set and not a refill. To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24hrs in advance. If you already have an account you can also cancel if you go to your account>bookings and cancel or reschedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late please call us at (228) 282-9732 to see if there is still enough time to attend the appointment. Please note an additional $20 late fee will be added to your service. Please DO NOT bring kids or multiple guests with you. This will only prolong the process for all of us.
